I bought this as a treat for my wife for mothers day and the girl Cleopatra that treated my wife was so poor that was my wife was so upset with the treatment and respect shown by Cleopatra that my wife has said she will never go to the leisure centre ever again for treatment. I have used treat well to book in previous messages at the venue but never again. I have wasted my wife and the girl Cleopatra has no idea on customer service and should not be allowed to be a position like this. her mannerism, politeness are just awful. Please please be aware.

Pleasant experience, friendly staff but you could hear the gym classes taking place.
Facial and manicure lovely but manicure started to peel off in the shower the following day.
The jacuzzi wasn't working when I visited hence the lower score for facilities
