Katie was lovely and I was really happy when I left but unfortunately manicure is already peeling of at the cuticles where the gel is quite thick, less than 24 hrs later.

Very nice massage in a very clean venue. Full time given and explanation, but could have checked (as a walking stick user) if I had any areas of concern. However, I didn’t and so not a problem and a very lovely massage. Would definitely return.

Disappointed with my manicure. Failed to remove my prior BIAB properly when my regular beautician can do it and applied gels which were lumpy. My nails weren't even filed down properly. First thing I did was ring my regular beautician to fix ASAP.
