There was no one at the reception when we arrived and it was ages until someone turned up. The sauna/steam room/jacuzzi area was very small and open to the whole of the leisure centre so there were people coming and going all the time. The shower area in the changing rooms was not particularly clean -discarded shampoo bottles, rubber gloves and hair balls on the floor. They ran out of dry towels by the end of our stay. When we were in the relaxation room, a man in an overcoat came in and poured himself a glass of water and would not leave even when asked to by one of the therapists, until he had finished his drink. All in all, not such a relaxing experience and I would not be tempted to return.
