If this visit was based along on the therapists it would all be 5 stars as every single woman we spoke to were so kind and lovely! the treatments were amazing and if I am in the area again I will come back for a treatment! however the facilities were not great, so I wouldnt come back and use the spa again. we received a partial refund because the Jacuzzi was out of order which is fair enough but only one foot spa was in use for the three of us, and the water was cold, the waterfall shower was cold, and the steam room didn't look very clean. I must re iterate that the staff here are all so helpful with literally anything we needed! Any issue we found was just maintenance problems.

Unfortunately both my eyebrows were extremely painful after the procedure and I now have ‘burnt’ scars on both. Won’t be waxing at the Rainbow Spa again.
