The spa is small and not new looking. The pool was too noisy. The treatment and staff were amazing !

Nice spa but you have to walk through the gym to get to it. Treatment worth promotional price but not sure I would pay full price for it.

The spa did not receive my booking and so had booked other treatments - the lady at reception was incredibly rude and left me sat in their waiting area unaware of what they were going to do for my booking. During this she called other clients confirming their bookings and again ignored me, I had to ask what was happening - I eventually got my booking 15 minutes later than I booked in for, the treatment was amazing though and Katie was wonderful and made up for the rudeness of the receptionist so I would recommend calling ahead to ensure they have the details.
