I booked the appointment because I was tired and stressed, and it was most helpful. Renee found my shoulders were very tense and knotted, and after the treatment I felt much more relaxed

The massage itself was very good, pressure was just right. However, unfortunately my massage started late and finished early which was a little disappointing. I was also asked if I wanted water which was forgotten. I just felt this time the whole experience was a little rushed.

the facial and massage were excellent however the spa was somewhat lacking ,the steam room was quite stained and dirty ,the sauna was cramped and claustrophobic ,two gentlemen in there ( one with a mobile phone ! ) made it a bit cosy for me and a little uncomfortable for my wife !
the foot spas both didnt work which was dissappointing and the jacuzzi was also very small and cramped.
the spa was not the relaxing experience we were expecting im afraid to say .
