Pleased my leg wax was half price through Treatwell as although the therapist was lovely, it took over an hour for a leg wax and I was left with lots of wax still on my legs after the treatment.
There was also confusion when I made the booking as the salon called to say that because their system doesn’t link to Treatwell’s, my appointment was unavailable. It turned out that Treatwell had sent my booking to them for the wrong date. Strange as my Treatwell confirmation stated the correct date 😕. I think I might have caught this salon on a bad day.

Room was very dark - I understand that it is a spa, but it's not ideal for manicures. As a result, there were a couple of chips or the colour was not evenly applied. In addition it was very awkward balancing UV lamps on the arms of chairs etc. Not overly relaxing.
