My treatment was booked for 11am but when I arrived it was still shut. Wax only put on at 11am so too cold to use. Took ages. Very inexperienced staff member. Kept going over the same place again and again so left a very painful red mark. Forgot the bikini treatment so had to ask her to return. Horrid experience.

Spa was lovely however my treatment felt rushed and the therapist didn't take anytime to address any areas of concern I may have had. Overall I was disappointed and didn't get the full 50mins I had booked and paid for.
Deep Tissue Massage
Really enjoyed my massage, it’s a nice and relaxing environment, nice staff on reception. I have re booked my next one already :)
