not good. The wax was unnecessarily painful, not thorough at all, awful conversation and then she left wax residue on me at the end. had to apply my own oil which i found on the side. she needs more training.

The body treatments I received were great, as always in this Spa! The therapist was amazing! I had a full body exfoliation and a hot stone massage - I would recommend both and I will certainly be returning again.
