Absolutely perfect lovely girls relaxing atmosphere perfect treatments
Manicure
Overall a lovely, restful, spoil of an afternoon. Ended up booking a 60min full body massage instead of the head massage. Was a great deal at £48 for the massage and a couple hours of wallowing in the thermal spa. As it’s at a Leisure Centre one can’t expect a quiet escape as you would find in the Surrey Hills or somewhere similar, but considering the environment it was still possible to unwind. And luckily the spa wasn’t too busy. Sauna, steam room, jacuzzi (which wasn’t on), showers, relaxation room. Smallish but adequate.
The treatment room (plynth/music/ambience/lighting) was probably the best I’ve ever experienced (and I’ve been for a lot of massages). The masseus wasn’t the most friendly/communicative and didn’t really ask about my needs or areas to focus on, but did a satisfactory job. The treatment didn’t run for the full 60min either, I was back in the change rooms by 53min past.
Would probably go back though - overall a positive experience, with the potential to be better with some fairly minor tweaks.

Massage therapist good, needs to ask client how pressure is and if pressure should be more or less to understand what clients needs are.
