Lovely hot stone massage. Very friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful room. Only downside was that the room was a bit cold and the air con vent is directly above the treatment bed!
Hot Stone Massage
Booked for 11am and the spa was closed. They unlocked the door at 11am exactly which meant they were late starting my treatment. The massage was good however and I will be going back.
Deep Tissue Massage
Really disappointed that my massage was cancelled. This is the second time I have booked through treatwell and on both occasions have had issues. The first time, they gave me a different therapist to who i’d asked for and this time it was cancelled 2 hours before. I’ve never had any issues when booking direct with spa experience so curious about whether it’s because of the discounted service. Will consider other options before booking here again.
