Spa experience and facial was good, however I changed my appointment on the app and ended up getting two confirmations - I called to double check they had me booked in for the correct time and was told it was fine but the day before still got told my appointment was at the wrong time. The whole thing took multiple calls as they don’t have someone on reception all the time so I had to keep leaving voicemails and had to in the end take the time I didn’t want. Not sure if it was just the app but very frustrating customer service.
