I took the day off for my birthday and my husband took the day off to look after the kids for the day. When I got there, there was a powercut, so I couldn't have my massage or anything. The days Is need to rebook and could get half an hour free massage included with what they owe me, but they haven't bothered phoning or anything. I'm really upset really and had such an awful birthday.

Had a great experience - we basically had the spa to ourselves and it did not disappoint. The 3 treatments were good and well delivered. Only downside is that the changing rooms are shared with the gym, which brings you straight back to a non luxurious busy reality after your time is over. Totally worth it. Worth nothing that the 90% of the parking fee is refunded at reception. Do bring coins though.
