Rosie was fantastic and I thoroughly enjoyed my massage. I had a c-section 4 months ago, and she was really thorough with my knotted shoulders and lower back pain. Will be recommending friends and family and will book again soon!

Great experience of spa facilities and treatment. Thoroughly enjoyed my body scrub, massage and facial. The therapist was friendly. At the end of the session she recommended some products in a sample box that I could buy. She said she will put it behind the counter. Upon arriving at the counter after 10 minutes, there was no one there to serve me. I waited 20 minutes and still no one came. In the end I just took the box cos I was getting quite annoyed at this point. The lady rang me the day after to ask what had happened to the box. I just told them straight up what had happened and I ended up paying for the box. I feel like maybe I should've gotten a proper discounted rate due to the poor customer service. However, my treatments were nice and the facilities were decent.
