I've been to this spa a few times, it used to feel a little more special, they gave you a bag with a robe, slippers, a towel and a lock for the changing room lockers, but they don't do that anymore, despite their prices being the same. I'd have appreciated some more explanation about what was going to happen/what was happening during my two treatments, but nothing was said before, after or during. The steam room is also looking a little past its best now and could do with an update.

Absolutely brilliant massage, I really needed that! Really listened to my concerns avd tailored my massage accordingly.
Spa is lovely inside, only weird thing I'd you have to enter by walking through the gym! The gym was packed when I went and I felt remarkably unfit wandering through there to go and get a massage!!
