I made a booking which was cancelled on the day last minute. Apparently they use two different booking systems which don’t work in sync. Nothing was offered to me to compensate for the inconvenience. No client consultation was done which i found concerning. The masseuse was pleasant enough but didn’t speak a lot so i didn’t feel 100% at ease. I told her i had tension in my right shoulder but she spent more time on my left shoulder. I booked “deep tissue” but she didn’t use much pressure at all
