Excellent massage. I actually had to reschedule and they kindly accommodated my request. I had my massage with Nayana who was very professional and great at her job.

Mackenzie was very warm and welcoming, her massage was relaxing and she concentrated on the body parts she was made aware to concentrate on. There was issue with the card machine which was something out of her control and apologised for the inconvenience caused. Definitely would recommend her to you all.

Good massage technique, very relaxing, friendly service. Also nice place exterior and interior. A very decent quality venue.

The massage itself was as I'd expect, but for me to have awarded a higher rating, it's the little things that would make a difference:
E.g. Not drying the towels on the radiator in the Reception area, ensure that all of the massage beds are in good condition, be selective on what chocolate you offer.
Overall, I enjoyed it, but would be tempted to try somewhere else for that price.
