Was a REALLY hot day . Got there after work- 5 pm appointment. Was NOT offered a drink or asked to take a seat and wait whilst the therapist got the foot bath ready. I sprained my knee trying to get my fit flops on after, as the therapist was busy with her next client to help me get these on. This, with the fixed height of the bench I was seated on, was uncomfortable and resulted in me straining my left knee. This had already been injured in the past. I would not go back.
