Attractive decor and friendly, attentive staff. Therapist was knowledgeable re Gel application and advised accordingly. This venue was my best Treatwell experience so far and I will return 👍💅🏻

Gel was badly applied, had to get a nail redone on the same day. Less than 2 days later another was peeling so went back to ask they repair it and was met with a very confrontational and rude member of staff who seemed to take it all very personal. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect the nail is repaired after paying over £30 for a manicure that didn't even last a week.

I had the fleet feet pedicure which wasn't done very well at all. I had picked out a couple of OPI colours for my pedicure and had asked the nail technician to pick one which would match best with a shellac colour. When we went on to do my manicure she had given me two options which were EVO colours, however failed to tell me that this would cost more which I found out after my manicure was completed even though she was aware that I was booked in for a shellac manicure.
