Spa location is amazing and it really feels like an experience. Fruit juice upon arrival with u limited herbal tea. I chose a 30 min massage and 30 min facial and it was the best massage I've had by the lovely Kelly. Staff were friendly but professional. Treatment room was lovely. I loved the relaxation room where we chilled out after by the waterfall. I even fell asleep whilst reading my kindle. Champagne and cream tea at lunch was delicious. The spa is clean and warm and the overall experience was definitely 4&5 star. Can't wait to go back!
Fantastic health and beauty spa.. Enjoyed every minute. Staff were very informative, a little pricey for what we paid for but overall a lovely experience. Would come back in the future
Good midweek spa break. Spa a little small but hotel wonderful. The price was actually only £5 cheaper than on the hotel website, hence only Ok for value.
Had a lovely spa day here with my partner, we had the offer which included a treatment and afternoon tea and after having some less than perfect afternoon teas recently were happy that this one more than made up for it. The facilities were really good and I felt so relaxed after my massage I was almost unable to drive home! Hoping to return soon and would recommend - it's not cheap but you get what you pay for!
