Positives : Had a lovely massage, therapist very nice and good at what she did, lunch was also nice.
Negatives: Shower by the pool was not working so unable to rinse off before going in and out of sauna and pool. Ended up with a severe eye infection 2 days later
A very relaxing and enjoyable day. Facilities were lovely and staff great. Afternoon tea very tasty.
spa staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. Hotel staff not so much a few problems with afternoon tea had to chase tea.

Overall a great day out (Spa and treatment package) good value for money, friendly and helpful staff. My only gripe would be a few too many people, for the facilities provided (not enough space to relax)
