Masseur Stephen was not there when I arrived and receptionist said she knew nothing about it. When I said that I had a booking ref; she then rang someone for me. Stephen arrived about 20 mins later and explained that he had not been informed by Treatwell about the apt. Treatment room was freezing. They plugged in a little heater which warmed up the room a little bit (eventually). Massage bed was broken; wouldn't go up, so Stephen had to bend down, Stephen's massage was the only good thing.
