Unfortunately of all the places I've been to this was the worst experience, my eyebrows are ok but quite messy, the whole appointment was very rushed and I was left alone in the room a lot.
She was quite rough and I am left with a burn under one eyebrow from the wax. The ambience wasn't relaxing, there was spa music playing in one room and the radio going in another room.
The whole appointment was quite awkward, I felt as though I was the last appointment of the day so she wanted it over asap.

Suzy was amazing and I love my lash lift. I have short lashes and she still managed to get that perfect curl. Would 100% recommend and will be back !
