Suzy was welcoming and friendly which I is appreciated. Unfortunately the treatment felt a little rushed and it seemed the setup wasn't fully prepared cos she spent time searching for tools which made the experience less relaxing because of the sound of the metals. I could tell care was taken on lash placement but the final result doesn't look good. My lashes are clumping together and lift looks unnatural and require daily grooming which defeats the purpose of a low-maintenance lash lift.
