Susy is very nice, patient and helpful. She tries to ensure you are completely satisfied. She could be a bit tidier and more careful. Also, online availability does not always reflect her true availability and rescheduling is needed. Overall, it's good value.

It was a shame that she was over 10minutes late and did not tell me. The massage felt rushed and I didn't even have to fill out a consultation form. I knew it was finished as an alarmed timer went off. Not a relaxing experience and not great service. The massage itself however was good and she really got some knots out.
