Judging by past reviews I think I was unlucky...
Suzy forgot my appointment so had to come in just for me - I wasn’t too bothered by that, these things happen. The wax itself was terrible though - missed a lot that I had to point out myself and even after I discovered loads left over. I had server irritation for days after (I’ve left many months between waxes before and have never had a problem). Suzy herself is lovely but I also didn’t feel she took the time to settle me in, I could tell she was in a rush to get back home.
