Had to leave mid appointmentI. Therapist damaged my cuticle and I started bleeding. When I asked for an antiseptic to treat the wound, the therapist started frantically searching and after asked me to put it in the water where I washed my finders before. Seeing this I asked how the instruments where disinterested and she got very aggressive screaming that she knows how to do her job. I didn’t feel safe as she was so agitated. Left with no refund and threats to not be able to leave a review
