Dreadful. Absolutely horrid service. And then to make matters worse as I did complain twice as I had prepaid through Treatwell after walking out they marked my appointment as ‘missed’ to try and stop me from leaving a review. Check out the reviews on Google- I wish I had before I paid and booked. Wouldn’t waste my time.

I paid for take off and put back on, however I only got infills and the salon was aware. The lady I spoke with said she’d changed it on the system but that doesn’t seem to have worked Treatwell have contacted so I can have this refunded so please can Southfield nails cooperate with them ASAP! Thanks
