This is a no frills salon with higher end prices. My nails looks fine but the experience was really poor. The equipment was dirty, the staff deliver the very basic interactions and the whole thing was really rushed. I didn’t find the staff rude as others had experienced but they are not there to offer you a relaxing treatment. Respectfully the services are not worth the prices they are charging. I wouldn’t go back.

The worst pedicure I’ve had. The time stated 50 minutes and it was finished in 30. There was barely any exfoliation / dead skin removal. My nails were left curving up to sharp points at the corners and very uneven. The staff said because I’d booked via Treatwell rather than direct, they would charge me extra for removal of existing polish. I hadn’t taken any cash with me since I’d prepaid, so they told me to come back later and demanded to have my details. I won’t be returning.
