Lovely nails as always but a bit disappointed when I arrived and had to wait longer than people arriving after me with later appointment times despite prebooking.

I had 2 ladies doing it at once. Was ridiculously rushed, they were scraping the wax on to the point it hurt. Just spoke to each other. Opened the door while I was on the table in my pants. Left wax all over my legs. Wouldn’t go back
