Although I pre-booked they asked me to sit and wait for around 20mins before I was then seen by the next available staff member. I had a gel removal which usually includes a long soak but that part only took a few minutes and they instead were very rough with the electric drill. Even when “finished” I still had gel on my nails so another staff member helped instead. They were gentle which was great as my nails were now so very thin and sore from drill.

Won’t be coming back. The place wasn’t that clean. They didn’t take my last gel nails off properly, even though they charged me £10 for it. I asked for a French manicure, the base was lumpy and very pink, and the white tips were uneven
