Therapist nice but treatment felt unprofessional and not relaxing. The room wasn’t very clean, she used a marigold glove and tatty spoon to handle the hot stones, the head rest was uncomfortable & left bits on my face - asked for it to be removed & was given a stained pillow with a towel on top. Blanket made my feet itch. During massage the whole table shook. The other table still had used towels on from last client. Toilet was shabby. A lot of money for a disappointing experience, never again
