The staff & the hotel itself lovely and welcoming however their housekeeping let them down. I told them on arrival my pillowcase had oil stains & an empty wine bottle was left in the wardrobe but nothing was changed. I then left towels on the floor to change over this never happened. All they did was emptied my bin when I asked for the room to be serviced. Didn’t even replace the empty toilet roll. Reception was apologetic but no improvements happened. Correct this & it would be a lovely hotel.

It’s was very relaxing and Rachel was very gentle but firm exactly the right kind of pressure. Hot stone was very nice relaxing all the back and forearms was especially soothing. 10/10 would come back :)

Therapists were excellent as was afternoon tea. Treatments were good quality and the hot tub was relaxing.
Showers were a problem, 1 stuck on too hot, 1 filling up in the tray and bringing back up bits from drain. We had to use the men’s shower. 1 shower between 7 was not good. It meant some of us were late for our afternoon, not helped by therapists walking past our room a few times to check if we had left and looking frustrated.
