The room was fine dirty marks on the wall which were a little off putting.
The spa was not really a spa the therapist talked through the massage we had a couples massage , the head massage was just touching my hair and I could hear the other therapist talking outside the room. The hot tub wasn’t working on all the jets, there was also a scum line which was pretty grim. The relaxation room and changing rooms were dirty

Rachel was extremely tentative. She was professional and polite. Selected a Elemis facial and shoulder, back massage. Both were excellent. Didn’t use the facilities just the treatments.
