Lovely clean and very welcoming. Chloe was extremely friendly and knew exactly what colour would suit my eyebrows/lashes .The facial treatment was sumptuous and came out with glowing skin. Well worth the treat and will return .

I booked a late Mother’s Day massage and my mum wouldn’t stop telling me how attentive, relaxing, soft-spoken, and gentle Chloe was! It was one of the best massages that she has had in years, really targeting her pain. She is a credit to the hotel and we will definitely book another treatment with her again! 🥰
