Treatment was good.
No refreshments offered and then I asked for a drink I was told I could only get once finished and back upstairs in the hotel. Sat for 2 hours gasping for something, not even a glass of water offered.

I arrive at my appointment today with Chloe to find the spa in darkness. Reception managed to get hold of her, no explanation or apology from her. This is the second time this has happened this year. I will not be booking again. If I could give 0 stars for Chloe I would.
