Though some of the hotel decor was a bit tired we thought the staff were excellent - really helpful and friendly. The lunch we had in the bar area was excellent, with lovely views over the grounds. The breakfast was a bit disorganised, food ran out and wasn't replaced very quickly. The hot tub area was very disappointing as it looked like it hadn't been swept or cleaned for days, but overall we had a lovely stay.

Definitely not a pedicure. Literally just toe paint with basic nail varnish and not gel. Paid the same as before and selected same treatment. Last time had mini pedicure and toe paint this time literally just toe paint. I could have done this at home. Was not a spa treatment!
