We came here for a friends birthday and had such a lovely time. All the staff we met on the day were super friendly and helpful. The treatments were amazing and we enjoyed the use of the facilities. Thank you for having us and for making our friend feel special for her birthday!

We arrived at the time booked,but the hot tub still had the cover on. We spent ten minutes in the sauna. We went to the hot tub,but it was still cold. Very disappointed as we visit regularly for a relax and wind down after a stressful week
