Really lovely experience. The massage was relaxing and enjoyable, and the therapist was friendly and professional. The space was clean and calming, which made it easy to unwind. Treatment was good.
No refreshments offered and then I asked for a drink I was told I could only get once finished and back upstairs in the hotel. Sat for 2 hours gasping for something, not even a glass of water offered.
