There was a lot of building work being undertaken at the hotel so my first impression was that of dust and very loud drilling leaving me feeling apprehensive about what to expect at the spa. Rachel was very welcoming and friendly and immediately put me at ease. I had a Hollywood wax which she did very efficiently. I would have preferred hot wax for the whole treatment not a combination of wax and strips, which she agreed to recommend for the next time. Overall I was v happy and would go again.
