While parts of the day were enjoyable, overall, it fell well below expectations for what should have been a relaxing and restorative visit.
To begin with, the spa facilities were underwhelming. The shower area was particularly poor — unclean, and with only one available between three guests, which made access difficult. The outdoor area also left much to be desired, with dead flowers on the table. A 2 hour wait between treatments and afternoon tea-not a lot to do! Hot tub was dirty looking.

Had the most relaxed and enjoyable day sharing it with my daughter on her 16th birthday.
Rachel was calming approachable and explained our treatment thoroughly, making sure we made rhe absolute most of our day together. My daughter commenting how special she felt.

Massages were lovely and therapists nice too. It was nice to have our treatments done together as well.
Looked clean however the outdoor hot tub was filthy - water ring mark all way around, quite brown too.
