The jets on the hot tub were not working but we were not informed so I spent most of the time trying to get the jets to come on. The water was not hot enough. We were booked in at 3pm but the temperature should have been raised especially given the outside temperature. Our treatments were lovely and the atmosphere, temperature and lighting in the treatment room were perfect. The changing areas were a mess with dirty towels and robes everywhere.

Have always gone to southcrest manor for a massage as the girls do a brilliant job. Haven’t had one in a while so all the tension in my back was built up, Rachel explained I would need to come back again to help break it down more, overall brilliant place to go to!
