I recently visited Southcrest Manor for a spa day and overall it was a bit of a mixed experience. The building itself is charming but the décor definitely feels dated, especially in the changing rooms. We were given grey robes to use, one of which looked bleached, so presentation could really be improved. On the positive side, the staff were absolutely lovely, friendly, welcoming and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit and the massages and facials were excellent.
