Staff talking about how tired they were, shouting on personal calls, saying the place was a mess which I have to say I agreed with. Dirty nail areas and unwashed hand holders, needed a good hoover. Then the technician proceeded to tell me of an incident someone didn’t wash the hot stones for a massage.

Lovely spa day , just some little extras would make it fabulous . These would be sun loungers outside , hooks in the shower and toiletries available. Definitely ok for a half day spa experience.
