Pros: Good location/value for money. Majority of the staff are friendly. The rooms are decent and It is very peaceful and has nice grounds to walk around. The hotel has a nice ole feel to it.
Local to supermarkets/food and shop centre.
Cons: The hot tub was cold and only one of the saunas is decent, the gym is basic and there is no swimming pool. Massage was good. If you are looking for a proper spa experience this is not really ideal.
I did not eat or buy drinks.

The first week of opening, we had a lovely relaxing stay. From initial enquiry through to checking out, everyone was very welcoming and helpful, pamper package was fantastic value for money, would definitely come again.

Wanted french finish manicure but could not choose this on booking app. Rang about this and left a voice message but no one got back to me. I rang on the day of appointment and was told that it would be fine. On arrival they were running late by 25 minutes and then I was greeted with the wrong name. I was told that they had run out of the french finish so had to choose a colour I didn’t really want. I had to ask for the chair to be wiped down. Health & safety issues with cables all over floor
