To get there you have to walk through a corridor of bedrooms and it doesn’t flow brilliantly. The reception for the spa is fine, but the room being used isn’t decorated very well for its designated use - mirror on the wall is cracked and any room that be been for massage previously has been dark with candles to ensure a relaxing atmosphere. You have to climb up on to the bed and are face to face with a bin when you do. during my massage the masseuse knocked the bed, but didn’t apologise.
Some communal areas dirty, floor of massage area, window sill in "relaxation" room, which was as far from relaxing as you could get with 4 month old magazines, no music, and loud drilling and hammering from the ongoing works. Room nice size but overlooked the car park. Dinner service was a joke, had to seat ourselves as we were ignored when waiting to be seated, the menues were forgotten so we had to get our own, and lay our own cutlery, napkins were forgotten. Food was nice though.
