The first week of opening, we had a lovely relaxing stay. From initial enquiry through to checking out, everyone was very welcoming and helpful, pamper package was fantastic value for money, would definitely come again.

Wanted french finish manicure but could not choose this on booking app. Rang about this and left a voice message but no one got back to me. I rang on the day of appointment and was told that it would be fine. On arrival they were running late by 25 minutes and then I was greeted with the wrong name. I was told that they had run out of the french finish so had to choose a colour I didn’t really want. I had to ask for the chair to be wiped down. Health & safety issues with cables all over floor

This was our first treatment here and it was lovely. Both girls were really pleasant and welcoming and we left so happy with our pedicures and eyebrow waxing.
Would definitely recommend and will definitely be rebooking to go back for the full spa day. Thank you!
