I was looking forward to having my treatment,it was great ,I felt really good after ,I will definitely be back for another one , then my manicure really good ,thank you so much.
Classic Facials
Hotel was ok. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Meal in hotel was good. Nice to be able to use the hot tub. My only complaint is the cleaning staff did not clean or hoover our room in 3 night stay. Very dusty on b’side tables and under table next to TV. Top of bed headboards thick of dust too. (I have dust allergy) so not great.
Told duty manager who was very apologetic and offered to get it cleaned straight away. Upon checkout they refunded cost of full meal as an apology. Very kind

Lovely hotel but had no hot water in our room and was told that I could go in to another room to have a bath which was not suitable for me as I have a brain tumor and left side weakness so I had to do with out a hot relaxing bath to help me with my pain
