A very relaxing massage. I was late for the appointment but Sinead was very understanding and the Hotel is very clean and friendly staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my second massage there. Will be a regular from now on!👌

We were given no information when we arrived or at any time during our stay. We spent a lot of our trip going to reception to ask questions. The lights in our room did not all work. When we had dinner at the restaurant we were surprised and upset that the main meals on the menu were are no longer available. The lady serving us didn’t seem to know anything about customer service. The outside pod where we had our morning tea was filthy from the night before. This was a disappointing stay.
