Staff are friendly and helpful really welcoming I love the girl we had for the spa she was super accommodating nothing was too much trouble she asked about our stay so far. People on reception couldn’t do enough for you came early and was told our room was all ready for us they answered all the questions we had. The waiters were polite and nothing was too much trouble. Over all experience was amazing would for sure go back and next time bring my grandma and mom.

The staff were great, friendly and helpful. The standards of the treatments, food and people met expectations and we enjoyed this as part of the package.
The hotel rooms need some TLC and cleaning thoroughness as the standards slipped here considerably.
There was also a disconnect between treatwell and the hotel as I got too many emails and text messages throughout my stay, some very contradictory.
Focus on experience for customer to improve scores.
