Nice quiet hotel, with good food although the afternoon cream tea we had, which was just a few scones and cups of tea, was really quite pricey (£22 per head)

Had a good time here for a spa weekend with my friends. We were happy to be put in rooms next to each other. The afternoon tea and evening meal was lovely. The massage I received was nice but the therapist had long nails that I found scratchy. The hot tub was only 35° and not at all bubbly, which was disappointing. The room was a great size and the beds were comfy our only problem was with the showers as they were dirty in both rooms and the pressure was not good. Overall we would go back.
